I welcome you to dive into a 2 days workshop of Entropy Sensory Method, a somatic dance practice designed to connect with the body, pump up fascia awareness, and expand your creative expression.
Through play-based exercises, dissociation training, and mental awareness tasks, I will introduce different concepts of biomechanics and kinesthetic exploration to expand perception, refine movement quality, and enrich both dynamics and repertoire.
We will tune into a skin-felt environment with sensory integration sequences and embodiment work, and explore : multi-directionality, malleable mass, anchoring structures (tangible and aerial), circular forces, fascia expression, pelvic architecture, inhabited body, fluid system, and the influence of time and space.
This intensive is directed to performers, dancers, acrobats, actors, clowns, freestylers —and anyone who is interested in cultivating presence. The objective is to keep on growing as movers / performers / creators, and to build healthy habits beyond the studio.
The classes are held at Dansehallerne, Franciska Clausens Plads 27 DK-1799 Copenhagen V in Studio 3.
Getting there
Studio 3 is located to the right on the ground floor with step-free access from the main entrance.
Dansehallerne has an elevator with step-free access to all floors. Accessible and gender-neutral toilets and wardrobes are available on the ground floor.
