Terms of Sale for Online Purchases
Here you find our terms of sale for ticket purchases via www.dansehallerne.dk.
Our ticket provider is Billletten A/S (Bredgade 32, 6000 Kolding. Phone: +45 70202096. Email: info@billetten.dk).
You must be minimum 18 years old to make transactions via dansehallerne.dk – if you are under the age of 18, you must have consent from your parents or a legal guardian.
Prices
All prices are listed with VAT included.
Tickets and order fees
We charge a ticket fee of DKK 10 per ticket.
We charge an order fee of DKK 5 per order, which covers the transaction and payment processing costs as well as a mandatory text message (SMS) with the order information.
Credit card processing fees
When purchasing with company cards and cards issued outside of the EU, a credit card processing fee will be added via Nets. You will be able to see the exact amount before approving payment. Current rates are listed here below. PLEASE NOTE: All rates are inclusive of 25% VAT.

- Dankort, VISA/Dankort DKK 50.01 – 100.00: DKK 1.38
- Dankort, VISA/Dankort above DKK 100.00: DKK 1.74
- MasterCard issued in Denmark: 1.00% of transaction total (min. DKK 0.88)
- MasterCard issued outside Denmark: 1.00% of transaction total (min. DKK 2.44)
- VISA: 1.00% of transaction total (min. DKK 2.44)
- VISA Electron issued in Denmark: 1.00% of transaction total (min. DKK 0.88)
The purchasing total will be withdrawn from your account on the day that we send your tickets. During the payment process, all communication between you and Billetten A/S is encrypted. As a result, no one else has access to your card information. Your card information is communicated directly to PBS / Euroline, and Billetten A/S will not store your card information. In case of a dispute between you and Billetten A/S, you have the option of contacting your bank regarding the possibility of having your money transferred back into your account.
Getting your tickets
You can either print your tickets yourself, collect them at the ticket office or have them sent to you.
We send tickets by PostNord. A shipping fee of DKK 35 per transaction is added to the total sum if you purchase 1-9 tickets, and DKK 70 is added if you purchase 20 or more tickets.
Billetten A/S’ safety procedure ensures that it is impossible to copy or in any other way falsify the ticket that you receive. Registered mail services are not necessary, therefore, and you do not need to be at home when your tickets are delivered. Tickets bought online will be sent so that you receive them no later than 10 working days after the completion of your order. Please contact us, if you have still not received your tickets 10 working days after completing your order.
Right of cancellation
Ticket and gift card purchases are not covered by the right of cancellation under the Danish Consumer Contracts Act, Part 4, Section 18 (2)(xiii).
Gift card
The gift recipient can use the gift card as payment when they want to buy tickets or an annual pass via dansehallerne.dk.
Gift cards can be purchased online all year round and can be used for all Dansehallerne performances, provided that ticket sales are made via the Dansehallerne website.
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.
Annual Pass
The Annual Pass is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Your Annual Pass is personal, and your +1 may only use it when accompanied by you.
An Annual Pass purchased after February 28th, 2023 will be renewed automatically.
As a consumer, you are entitled to 14 days cancellation period when you purchase an Annual Pass. What this means is that you have 14 days from the day of making the contract (completing your order) to notify us that you wish to cancel your order. You can cancel by sending an email to info@dansehallerne.dk.
You will receive your refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day on which we receive your notice of cancellation. Unless otherwise agreed, we will transfer the money back to you via the means of payment used at the time of your purchase. The consent you gave us and which allowed us to deduct an amount from your credit card may be withdrawn at any given time.
You can also notify your card provider of an “unauthorized debit”, however no later than 8 weeks after the day of the debit, unless otherwise stated in the agreement between you and your card provider.
There is a maximum limit of 1 Annual Pass reservation (i.e. 2 tickets) per performance.
For each performance, a number of tickets are allocated specifically to Annual Pass holders. It will always be possible to secure a ticket, but on a first-come, first-served basis, which is why Annual Pass tickets may be sold out if Annual Pass holders wait too long to book.
In special cases, annual pass tickets must be booked within a certain period of time, after which tickets are closed for booking. This means that in these cases, you can not request annual pass tickets at door sales.
In rare cases, limited use of Annual Passes may occur. This will always be made visible in the description of the given activity in question. The limited use is due to limited ticket capacity at special events and performances.
If you are prevented from participating in an event for which you have already booked Annual Pass tickets, we ask you to cancel no later than 24 hours before the performance to avoid an administration fee of DKK 100.
The 2 drink vouchers are valid if there is a serving for the given performance and that Dansehallerne is responsible for the bar serving.
Purchase of a “Professional Membership” – obligation and cancellation
A membership purchased after February 28th, 2023 will be renewed automatically regardless of whether it is a monthly or annual subscription.
For each performance, a number of tickets are allocated specifically to Membership holders. It will always be possible to secure a ticket, but on a first-come, first-served basis, which is why Membership tickets may be sold out if Members wait too long to book.
In special cases, and where Dansehallerne is not responsible for the arrangement of the given event, membership tickets must be booked within a certain period of time, after which tickets are closed for booking. This means that in these cases, you can not request annual pass tickets at door sales.
In rare cases, limited use of Membership may occur. This will always be made visible in the description of the given activity in question.
Monthly Membership
If you opt for the monthly subscription scheme, your membership will be automatically renewed every 30th day. The membership price under this subscription scheme is DKK 100 per 30-day period.
Monthly-based memberships may be canceled by giving two months’ notice past the current month.
Annual Membership
You may purchase this type of membership for one year at a time.
The price is DKK 1000 per year for the yearly membership.

Exchange of your tickets
Up until 48 hours before the beginning of a show, Dansehallerne offers a free exchange of tickets for the same show.
However, this only applies to shows at the same price or a higher price, and only to shows with available seats.
Ticket and order fees will only have to be paid once even if there are two transactions.
Cancellation
Performance Cancellation only covers shows that cannot be performed at all.
Change of date, partial performance, or change of repertoire are not by definition regarded as cancellations.
In case of cancellation, please send an email to billet@dansehallerne.dk and request the exchange or refund of your ticket.
Please send your tickets along with your sort code and account number so that we can transfer the money to you. Delivery, credit card, and ticket fees are non-refundable. Please write “Cancellation” in the subject line of your email.
Billetten A/S will not be refunding your tickets, as Billetten A/S functions solely as the ticket agent.
Complaints
In case of problems in connection with your ticket purchase, you are always welcome to contact Billetten A/S.

However, the center will only handle your complaint, if the price of your ticket amounts to DKK 1,050 or more, or if you purchased multiple tickets at once and their combined price amounts to DKK 1,050 or more.
