Den Danske Scenekunstskole, Liz Kinoshita
dusk anthems

Dansehallerne and The Danish National School of Performing Arts are proud to present the first generation of graduates from the Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance and Choreography, Holstebro.

If the world was ending, where would you want to be?
As the world falls down
As the world caves in
After failure, what does perseverance feel like?
In the face of catastrophe, where is the calm?
Where do you look for more profound love?

In dusk anthems, the graduating dancers navigate through these questions. In a poetic performance characterized by energy, presence and cohesion, the audience experience the dancers’ responsiveness, their resiliency, their ability to support each other, and to dance with abandon.

Liz Kinoshita (CA/SE) is a choreographer, performer, pedagogue and dance advocate. She has worked with ZOO/Thomas Hauert, Tino Sehgal, among others, and creates her own work with core collaborators. Her creations include VOLCANO (2014), Radical Empathy (2017), You Can’t Take It With You (2017), 11 O’clock (2021), Saga Saga (2024). From August 2026 she will be the Artistic Director of Norrdans (SE).
