Let’s talk about fictions and friction, speculative practices and about why intersectionality is so f***ing hard! Let’s talk about the ghosts haunting our stages and the power of the stage as a miracle making machine!

For the past years I have been busy with decolonial speculative practices and their potentiality to revitalise, restore and subvert. Or to imagine possible and impossible futures. I will structure this lab with provocations, questions and collective moving practices, with the aim to co-create a space with the participants. It is open to artists, thinkers and activists, who are happy to work with movement.

The classes are held at Dansehallerne, Franciska Clausens Plads 27 DK-1799 Copenhagen V in Studio 3.
Wednesday-Thursday at 12.00-16.30
Friday at 12.00-15.00

How to get there?
Studio 3 is located on the ground floor with step-free access from the main entrance.
Continue straight towards the changing rooms next to the foyer. Studio 3 is located straight ahead inside to the right.

Dansehallerne has an elevator with step-free access to all floors. Accessible and gender-neutral toilets and wardrobes are available on the ground floor.
We kindly ask you to arrive 15 minutes before the class, in time for check-in with your QR code on the ticket.

All members can participate in Dansehallerne’s training activities – a year-round program with approximately 5 days of training per week and now also workshops every other week. This is for all professional members regardless of background in dance training, and it is also possible to participate in a drop-in class. International guests can participate in training for free for up to 1 month.
