Sarah Aviaja Hammeken
Contemporary

In this improvisation-based class, Sarah Aviaja Hammeken bridges the physical and emotional realms. Rooted in fluidity and connection, this practice invites you to explore how emotions travel through the body, fostering profound connections both within yourself and with others. Through guided improvisation, participants delve into the physicality of emotions, transforming intangible feelings into tangible expressions. This is a space to honor your individuality while sharing a collective experience.

The classes are held at Dansehallerne, Franciska Clausens Plads 27 DK-1799 Copenhagen V in Studio 4.
