Movement Flow

In this continuous physical practice, you are offered a space to reconnect to your body. An opportunity to connect with yourself and others; release what doesn’t serve you and embrace your inner passion to move. This practice is aimed to bring the body into a readied state of awareness through improvisational methodology inspired by flow, effort, and sweat. Each harmoniously enriching your individual understanding of body and mind, as well as nourishing your movement language.
