Sustainable work life

How to create a healthy, sustainable work life as an artist?

Work life as an artist is wonderful, complex and can at times be challenging. The high number of project hires and the often limited economy in artistic productions can make it difficult to keep up a good work-life balance.

In this Open Source we facilitate at workshop on how to create a sustainable work life. We will work with the toolkit GRO* (GROW) and seek ways to thrive and be empowered as artists through dialog and reflection.

This workshop is about creating a harmonious balance between your artistic passion and the demands of everyday life. But how du you structure the balance between your private life, your artistic ambitions and assignments when the boundaries often are fluid, and one must deal with a lot of uncertainty?

Join Open Source and learn to discover the possibilities of reshaping the boundaries of your artistic work life, where work seamlessly flows and ebbs.

This Open Source will be led by producer and certified process manager in the GRO tool Priscilla S. Lind Rasmussen. A special guest and contributor to the arrangement will be producer Sofie Pedersen.

We are happy to announce that we now open up for all professional non-members in the industry to participate, so you can bring a friend or project partner. The fee is 125DKK – but still free for members.

* The GRO tool, which has been developed for artists and cultural workers who want to live a sustainable working life. The material has been developed by ARON – Centre for Sustainable Working Life.
