Fascial Flow® is a sensory exploration of the body with slow and gentle movements that revitalize and soften the connective tissue and improve posture.
Fascial Flow® creates conscious contact with your inner senses, and provides an experience of space, buoyancy, presence and focus that opens your bodily expression and helps to stabilize your inner self. The movement combines two systems, Rolf Movement and Continuum Movement, which allows the body to return to its original balance and movement patterns through gentle and structural sequences. During this week you will gain a bodily integrated understanding of “Less is more” and become more aware of the sensory information your body provides. Fascial Flow® may have a therapeutic effect on some. The movement has been developed over the past 30 years by the Danish Rolfer and Continuum teacher, Jeanne Jensen. A session is two hours long and it is highly recommended to attend several sessions during the week. Dress warm and wear socks.
Please bring a yoga mat and/ or blankets. You can bring two blankets instead of the yogamat.
We encourage you to continue looking after yourself & each other and arrive to practice with a valid corona pass.
