These classes take place 09.30-11.00AM.

The class is a mixtape of dances and scores that has accumulated and followed Emilie throughout the later years of spending time with dancing and dance. Throughout the class we’ll spiral through a selection of somatic practices, uptempo diagonals, performative scores, and swingy dance phrases.

We’ll attend to nuances within the dance among us. Stimulating our sensing abilities to navigate through different tonalities, imagery and performativities when dancing. Softly attending and working the threshold between imagery and kinaesthetic sensation.

Bring indoor shoes (the class can also be done without, but some exercises might be more comfortable with shoes).

We encourage you to continue looking after yourself & each other and arrive at practice with a valid corona pass.
