With a strong interest in body mechanics, motor skills and rhythms I like to break down movements and challenge the body control. With the help of elements from different styles, exercises and concepts we will work through groove and rhythm. Through this week we will focus on the body mechanics in “Groove” – the relation between head, chest and hips and in “rhythm” – the relationship between feet and ground in footwork as well as challenging our motor skills and coordination with body poly-rhythmics.

Only as a member, you can take part in Dansehallerne’s training activities – a year-round program with approximately 5 days of training per week.
This is for all professional members no matter background in dance training, and it is possible to drop in✨
